³⁶ Jehoiakim was 25 years old when he became king, and he reigned for eleven years in Jerusalem. His mother was named Zebidah. She was the daughter of Pedaiah of Rumah. ³⁷ Eliakim practiced what the Lord considered to be evil, just as his ancestors had done.
